Cobb Camping BBQ Kit

BBQ kit for direct grilling. Grid material: stainless steel. Ø 31 cm. Grill plate suitable for all Cobb barbecues. Operating mode: charcoal, briquettes. With the BBQ Kit you have the option of grilling in the traditional way with the Cobb charcoal barbecue. The set consists of a larger briquette basket, which you can fill with briquettes, and the stainless steel grid with special V-shaped rails, so that the juices are not lost, but get back into the meat or fish. This gives even more barbecue flavour.

With the BBQ Kit you can use more charcoal (max. 450 g) than with the standard briquette basket, allowing you to achieve a higher barbecue temperature. As you grill directly over the coals with the accompanying stainless steel grid, more heat is generated on the food. The fat drips onto the charcoal as it would with conventional direct grilling, giving you that typical barbecue flavour.

The BBQ kit is made of stainless steel and is therefore easy to clean. Treat the grill grate with a non-stick spray before use to make the subsequent cleaning process easier. Please note that the higher heat can cause the fat in the inner tray to burn faster and therefore darken more quickly than with the original briquette basket.
