The 16" and 20" Chuckwagon are particularly favored by discerning grillers or true barbecue enthusiasts. From this size onward, things get really interesting for restaurants, hotels, and caterers.

With the smoke chimney, you gain immense and unparalleled cooking flexibility. You can utilize different temperatures simultaneously with the same heat source.

You can achieve temperature differences of up to 80 °C for a variety of dishes and requirements. For example, you can perfectly smoke in the smoke chimney or keep dishes warm in the heat. Or you can grill in the smoke chamber while baking simultaneously in the main chamber.

Included: convection tube, grill box, grill box slider, additional shelf in the smoke chamber.

All models from 20" onwards will now come with Inox/stainless steel grates. All Cactus Jack products are delivered with grill grates, the Cactus Jack BBQ filter stone (only available in the 16" models), ash scraper, thermometer, and a cookbook.
