The GAL 18V-160 Professional also impresses with a 5-stage charging indicator and the option of space-saving wall mounting. The charger has an interface with a mode button that can be used to activate additional charging modes: PowerBoost and Long Life. PowerBoost mode is the right choice if you want to fully charge at the highest speed, Long Life mode if you want to charge more gently for a longer battery life and up to 80%. Even when the battery warms up during work, it can still be charged: The Active Air Cooling technology in the charger is equipped with two fans inside, which cool the batteries and keep them cool even while charging.
