BonCarré Garden Fireplace Rust

The BonFeu BonCarré fireplace is one of our medium-sized fireplaces. It is a multifunctional fire feature and a great addition to any terrace or garden. The BonCarré stands out from most of our outdoor fireplaces with its four legs and square body. It has a heat-resistant coating to protect the fire and a removable spark guard that prevents logs from falling out and sparks from flying around. Like most other BonFeu fireplaces, the BonCarré also allows for cooking.

The BonCarré Rust is made of Corten steel. Corten steel is a weather-resistant steel with a brown rusty appearance. The rust color and the very dense oxide layer shield the underlying material from oxygen, thus slowing down oxidation. The BonCarré Black is made of steel, which tends to rust under moist conditions. Therefore, keep in mind that the fireplace will rust. This process can happen quickly. But don't panic; it gives your BonFeu fire its robust look!

What makes the BonCarré fireplace special is that you can also use it as a grill. The fireplace comes with a lid that you can easily replace with three different options: the BBQ grill, the wok ring, or the plancha. When you remove the lid, all three can be placed on the BonCarré. You can also flip the lid over and use it as a cooking surface, for example, to prepare a pot of tea. And while you do all of this, you can still enjoy the fire below.
