The teppanyaki stainless steel plate is one of the best achievements for barbecues. You can now grill almost anything that releases liquids that would normally end up in the grill, or light foods such as vegetables, fish and eggs that would fall apart on the grill grate. Even Kaiserschmarrn pancakes turn out perfectly.

Stainless steel is neutral in flavour, reaches operating temperature quickly and keeps the temperature much more constant than a normal frying pan. Residues have no chance of settling into the steel and the liquids remain safely on the plate thanks to the high rim.

Cleaning the teppanyaki plate is very easy. It is best to wait until the plate has cooled down a little and pour a glass of water onto the plate while it is still warm. Leave it to soak for a while and then simply remove any residue. Finally, simply wipe off with a paper towel and you're done. Any discolouration that may occur is only superficial, normal due to the high temperatures and has no effect on the quality. The teppanyaki plate is suitable for barbecue specialists who don't like to constantly clean the barbecue - it is even dishwasher-safe and is best cleaned in the ECO programme.
