Product details
Ceramic briquettes distribute heat evenly across the entire grill. This reduces the amount of energy needed to keep your BBQ hot and ready for grilling. Additionally, since ceramic absorbs heat, the briquettes continue to radiate warmth even when the grill is turned off. They are simply placed on the burner.
Cleaning
Ceramic briquettes are self-cleaning. If you turn the briquettes over after each grilling session, most of the dirt will naturally fall off. Otherwise, you can brush off any residues or occasionally soak the elements in vinegar.
Lifespan
Even with heavy use, briquettes can last up to five years. If you can no longer brush off residues or if the burner covers start to crumble, you should replace them.
