The planting bag features three layers of fleece. This allows the soil to breathe while keeping the plant roots well protected. The fleece layer reduces water evaporation and allows excess water to drain, preventing waterlogging. The outer layer of this Bacsac is made from durable geotextiles. UV rays and temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 70 °C pose no problem. The material is soft, and the green color does not fade. When you no longer need the Bacsac, you can recycle it 100%.
Get started right away. Fill the Bacsac directly with soil and plant in it. Bacsac planting bags are designed for outdoor use. If you use the Bacsac indoors, protect the floor from moisture. The empty Bacsac can be easily rinsed, folded, and stored.
Designer Godefroy de Viriou and landscape gardeners Louis de Fleurieu and Virgile Desirmont created the Bacsac planting bags. Their goal was to bring nature back to life and into the city. City balconies cannot bear too much weight, which limited the choice of planters. Therefore, the French created the lightweight Bacsac, which allows for lush planting even on small balconies. The award-winning planting bags replace traditional planters and balcony boxes. The planting bags are available in numerous colors and can be perfectly combined to create a complete Bacsac garden. This model is particularly recommended for outdoor use. The planting bag has a capacity of 70 liters of soil and reinforcements on the sides.
