Question about Bowflex Selecttech 1090i dumbbell system
I live in a small flat and I am worried about the weight. 2 times 40 kg. Plus my body weight 120 kg. are too heavy for the floor. Or am I worrying for nothing?
I'm not a structural engineer but if you have a second person (80kg) visiting and standing right next to you... do you worry about the floor?
If you have parquet/laminate flooring, you should of course put a carpet or special cushioning mats underneath so that the wood is not damaged if you put the weight down roughly.
