Do I understand correctly that you can screw the individual dumbbell plates individually onto the dumbbell bar?

Hello, yes this is possible. You can combine all the weights and screw them onto the support bars. Of the heaviest weights of 2.5 kg each, a maximum of 6 can be placed on one dumbbell (3 on each side).
