Construction:
The MINT LAMA Racer 12'6" board is made with Fusion Technology (MSL) and new X-crossed weave (Woven Dropstitch). This technology makes it possible to produce an incredibly light SUP, while at the same time the X-structure of the threads increases the board's strength and reinforces it. The Woven Dropstitch is coated with a special adhesive that serves to seal and perfect the bond between the materials. Under controlled conditions, a second layer of durable PVC is then machine fused (laminated) to the dropstitch core. This process makes the boards up to 2 kg lighter and extremely improves stiffness and durability. In addition, unrolling and rolling in is easier and faster than with the normal double layer construction. The rail is reinforced all around with 3 layers, which makes it very difficult to damage the board.
