With this barbell and dumbbell set with weight plates, you can perform a variety of exercises at home or in the gym more easily and safely. This ergonomically designed set includes 1 barbell, 2 dumbbells, and 12 weight plates with a total weight of 30.5 kg, including the bars. The dumbbell and barbell set features solid chrome-plated bars with quick-release spring collars (barbell), non-slip grips, and knurled star screw caps (dumbbell) for securely attaching the weight plates. You can train without worrying about safety issues. The weight plates are surrounded by durable PE covers and can be combined in various ways for different training purposes.
