UFC Weight bench Folding FID

The abbreviation FID stands for Flat, Incline, and Decline. The seat and backrest are adjustable in multiple ways, allowing the bench to be used as a flat bench, incline bench, and decline bench. This offers nearly unlimited possibilities for both dumbbell and barbell training.

Thanks to its sturdy steel construction, the bench can support up to 363 kg (user + weights), making it perfect for intense weight training. Wide base feet provide high stability. Plastic end caps protect the flooring and prevent the bench from slipping during workouts. The seat can be adjusted in three positions and the backrest in seven positions: adjustments are quick and easy to make.

The padding on the seat and backrest is ergonomically shaped and extra thick. The backrest tapers towards the top, allowing the shoulders to work optimally during exercises like the dumbbell fly or banded back exercises. The thick padding also provides a comfortable surface for training with heavy weights.

The adjustable Folding FID bench can be used as a flat bench, incline bench, and decline bench. This allows for an incredible variety of exercises with dumbbells or a barbell: bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, dumbbell butterfly, reverse dumbbell butterfly, Arnold press, bicep curl, tricep press, dumbbell rowing, and much more.
