In addition to rehabilitating wrist injuries, it also serves for simple self-massage, for example, in cases of plantar fasciitis. The flexible exercise stick is available in four resistance levels: yellow 3.8 kg, red 4.5 kg, green 6.8 kg, and blue 11.3 kg (the required force to bend it into a "U" shape).
