The flexible exercise stick from Thera-Band is ideal for the rehabilitation and strengthening of hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders. In addition to rehabilitating wrist injuries, it is also used for simple self-massage, for example in cases of plantar fasciitis. The flexible exercise stick is available in four resistance levels: yellow 3.8 kg, red 4.5 kg, green 6.8 kg, blue 11.3 kg (the required force to bend it into a "U" shape).
