Resistance: Red, pull strength 5.4-14.1 kg. The StrechCordz modular resistance training set for variable swim strength training allows you to improve your swimming power on land. The set includes a durable latex tube, handles, paddles, foot loops, and a corresponding storage bag. Due to the high elasticity of the resistance cords, the resistance does not increase as sharply during the pull, making the force curve ideally suited to that of swimming. The StrechCordz cord also features secure connections to the plastic parts. Pull strengths: Green: 3.6 to 10.8 kg, Red: 5.4 to 14.1 kg. Delivery includes: StrechCordz resistance cord, handles, paddles, foot loops, and a suitable storage bag in the respective pull strength.
