The Spokey Form IV additional weights are a versatile addition to your training. These weights, equipped with Velcro, allow for comfortable and stable attachment during exercises. They are designed to flexibly adapt to the shape of the body, whether at the wrist or ankle. With a set of two weights, you can train with both hands or increase the intensity by using both weights on one side. The availability in various weight classes from 0.5 to 2 kg allows you to choose the appropriate weight according to your training goals. The neoprene surface promotes body activity by raising body temperature and improving circulation. The durable Velcro fasteners ensure high reliability during training.
