Product details
The arguably most iconic skateboard graphic of all time, "The Ripper," was illustrated in 1983 by the legendary Powell-Peralta artist V.C. Johnson. Originally, the graphic was used as a "Bones Sold Here" dealer window sticker. It later appeared on T-shirts and eventually on decks. The Ripper graphic has stood the test of time and has been a staple of the Powell-Peralta line for over 30 years. Originally released: 1983 Artwork by: Vernon Courtlandt Johnson. Our new Powell-Peralta Popsicles are produced in our Skate One China factory using Skate One AirLam® presses and the same maple wood and glue to meet our technical specifications. They are lightweight, thin, have excellent torsional stiffness, and a crisp pop. Great for beginners and professionals at a fantastic price. They are well-suited for street, skateparks, pools, freestyle, bombing hills, or just for the trip to the store. Premium quality, 7-ply hard rock maple, done right.
