Hi Arakawa3 When you have switched on the R93, you must first kick it with your foot and then operate the throttle (red D on the display for max. power). If you have any questions, please contact us at info@vmaxglobal.net and we will be happy to help you personally. Best Regards Team_VMAX
Batteries are definitely not the best and the older models are no longer available after two years, I complained and didn't get a smart answer or solution. And this is supposed to be a CH product... I will never buy this again
I just saw that they have the wrong battery on the spare parts list. Better call and ask. https://www.vmax-escooter.ch/
Either at Galaxus or at VMAX. I also found the battery and the performance very weak. I switched to the VX2 from VMAX. It has enough power to pull up the hill at speed. However, you should also avoid charging the battery overnight, but only charge it fully for use. This is supposed to massively extend the battery life.
According to our product manager, this could be a problem with the connection between the battery and the scooter itself, causing it to shut down (to avoid over/under voltage problems). This can be a simple screwing problem or a genuine fault. If your scooter is still under warranty, please contact our customer service department: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/it/requests/new
Bluetooth its not avaible for this
The battery is detachable, so I don't see any reason you couldn't buy an additional one from the manufacturer or a third party.
this has nothing to do with the screws. it pretty much means that there is a "defect" and the scooter needs to be repaired. The best thing to do is to contact VMAX directly. greetings Sven
Thank you very much for your feedback. However, the Community is for enquiries about the ownership and use of products. If you would like to give your opinion, you can do so under Ratings:)
No, unfortunately not. If I have to park it somewhere, I just take the battery with me.
Hello, after a week of owning this model I can tell you that I also ride 1.3 km every day with this model. -I am a 100kg man and on a slight slope this model manages to go down to 13-15 km/h. But I can easily finish the 500m of slope. -I've been riding the bike for a while now and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to ride the bike again, but I'm not. It's a change from my old model with solid wheels. On the other hand, it blocks at 20km/h, which is legal in Switzerland.
Yes, the battery can be removed and charged individually
Hi Arakawa3 Thanks for your request. You can order the inner tube through Galaxus/Digitec. The tube is on stock. Best Regards Team_VMAX
Unfortunately, we do not sell tubes for this model. You should contact the manufacturer directly.
Hello It-support That is possible. However, by changing the factory setting (20km/h), the guarantee of being allowed to drive officially on Swiss roads is no longer valid. Best regards Team-VMAX
140x60x35mm. One side cable with 2-pin plug, fits in CH sockets, other side cable to battery.
Hello Jörgkaufma Thank you for your request! The tyres of the R93 Carvee Bee Performance are air-filled with a tube (no tubeless tyres). At VMAX, Performance stands for the update of the Pro variant and is characterised by a larger battery or a more powerful motor. The R93 Carvee Bee Pro has a 5.0 Ah battery and the Carvee Bee Performance has a 10.0 Ah battery. If you're still patient, we can recommend the R25 Performance, which will be available from the end of June. It will be equipped with a 48V 500W motor. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@vmaxglobal.net Best regards from your VMAX_TEAM
Hello Allinev All our products have been thoroughly tested. If your brakes have a problem, we absolutely must have a look at it.
