Questions about Vmax R93 Carvee Bee Performance

Today, I got VMAX R93 Performance, after I built it and charge it and try to drive it and it always gives beep sound when I throttle it and no acceleration at all. Is there anything wrong what I did? How can I fix it?

the throttle lever on my V93 has fallen apart. i have been trying for weeks to get an exploded view drawing to repair it, as i know how to do this kind of work. but not without an exact drawing. the company also has no replacement and refers me to another vmax mail . . . . . strange customer service that does not clarify this for its customers. does anyone know where i can get such a lever (also occasionally) ? they must be thrown away already, where is the cemetery ? thanks for your help

My V max switches on for a short time when I plug in the battery, then it switches off again and can no longer be switched on. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Hello, I bought the Vmax R93 Carvee Bee Performance from Galaxus 2 years ago. Now, unfortunately, the battery is dead, only charges up to 2 bars and is out after 500 metres. Where can I get a new battery and is it normal that the battery only lasts 2 years? Many thanks, Dani

Got the scooter new and it does not run. When I switch it on, a red spanner is displayed. What does this mean? I think the screws are tightened properly.

Just thought I would share my experience here - it may help others, as I see several of the points below are relevant. I got my scooter last week and was VERY disappointed with the performance, I couldn't get it to go above 14/15kph and it was VERY sluggish. After reading the comments on here, I noticed that it had been delivered with flat tyres - after pumping them up, the difference was remarkable. I am a big chap, not quite at the 120kg maximum weight, but not too far away, but the acceleration on this is fantastic, and I am very pleased with the scooter now. So, if you are having beeping and performance problems, please check the tyre pressure! Also, since I have to put a question in here, Galaxus/Digitec, why isn't Max Weight of Rider one of the filter fields? It's quite important for many of us and annoying to have to look through each model one at a time to see if it is suitable!

A few days ago I bought the VMAX Carvee Bee Performace. I noticed that there was significantly less air in the rear wheel than in the front wheel. So my question is, does that have to be the case? And how many bars of pressure do the tyres have to have?

Is the removable battery of the R93 Performance - or also that of the Pro - somehow secured against theft? (Lock or similar)

I would like to use it to go to work. A 12 minute walk. So half as much with this one. Is this scooter powerful enough for uphill? Is it also suitable for descents?

Since they are air-filled tyres, I assume that you can get a flat tyre. Therefore the question: Where can I get the tyres, how much do they cost and can I mount them myself (there is probably a motor/brake in the wheel)? If the tyres are tubeless, that might not be so easy... I assume that you have to pump them up from time to time - what kind of valves are on them (car valves, French valves or whatever)?

Where can I find tubes for the VMAX R93? I punctured the inner tube when inflating it! Indeed, when I pulled the valve of the front wheel to insert the inflation extension, it created a pinch at the base of the valve which ended up piercing the tube. I have to say that the valve is really "stuck" to the (front) wheel, you have to force it a little bit to be able to insert the inflator.

I got it from Performence today and tested it immediately, of course. Since I already know the Pro, it was no big surprise ..... or was it??? YES! When braking you notice that the fork has about has about 1 mm play. This is very noticeable over the length of the entire handlebar and makes an unsafe impression when braking. Where can this be adjusted? I have not found anything. The Pro has no play. That's disappointing, of course, because the price is a lot higher. Who knows about this?

I miss the specification, are the tyres solid rubber or air-filled? They are supposed to be air-filled on the Carvee Bee. Then there's the performance, what does "performance" mean? Certainly the battery capacity, but what do the 350W do? What I also need is climbing power! I'm not a flyweight and where I want to ride, there's a lot of uphill and downhill. That's why I'm looking for a model that doesn't fail. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

Hello I have an other version of VMAX (VMAX R90 Wheely Wonka 7.0 Ah (20km/h, 250W)). The brakes dont work all the time on that(wrote costumer service, but no response for about 1 week). Does this one have the same problem? Did it get test thoroughly?

I noticed that VMAX scooters still have extremely bad reviews. I used to have one and sold it because the quality and service were not right. My question: Have the scooters improved now or is it still the same poor quality? Can I test drive the new scooter somewhere? If I buy another VMAX, I would like to be able to test it first.
