I had the same problem as you with my Carvee Pro. KissMyWheels in Zurich helped me in word and deed. Spare parts, repairs and so on. They also have a branch in Geneva. I can only recommend them.
Did you change the tyre and if so, how? Where did you get a replacement tube?
