Today, I got VMAX R93 Performance, after I built it and charge it and try to drive it and it always gives beep sound when I throttle it and no acceleration at all.

When you have switched on the R93, you must first kick it with your foot and then operate the throttle (red D on the display for max. power). If you have any questions, please contact us at info@vmaxglobal.net and we will be happy to help you personally.

I bought this yesterday and have exactly the same issue.  When holding down the red throttle it constantly beeps until I let go, then it goes into an "automatic" type mode where it slowly gathers speed and tops out at 15/16kph - this is whilst it is in red D mode which should reach 20kph.  I will try the method above, but if that does not resolve it, I will be returning it for a refund.
