The Thule Chariot Cab 2 itself does not have an integrated brake for parking without a bike, similar to a pushchair. however, there are a few options to consider: ## Separate brakes You can purchase the Thule Chariot Brake Kit, which has been specially developed for the Thule Chariot Cab 2 and other Thule Chariot models. This brake makes it possible to control the trailer, especially on steep terrain or at higher speeds, and to stop immediately if necessary. ## Jogging Kit If you use the Thule Chariot Cab 2 with the Thule Jogging Kit, it is more suitable for walking or jogging, but it does not provide a special brake for static parking. ## Manual securing Without the separate brake or special kits, you cannot lock the trailer automatically. You have to secure it manually to prevent it from moving when you park it. This could be done by using additional securing devices such as wedges or parking it in a safe place.

The specification states: Release date: 11.12.2020 But I don't know whether this was simply never updated. In any case, I wouldn't count on it being the latest version.

Hello, from our experience, 80cm door is too tight without unclipping the main wheels, also because the trailer is quite bulky for indoor maneuvers. I would say 90cm door is the bare minimum to be confortable, especially for daily use.

Yes you can. This one here: Thule Brake Set CROSS, LITE and CAB from 2017. We have fitted these; has no parking brake function (releases when the brake is released). Parking brake function with foot is not affected by fitting handbrake.... Works tiptop when going downhill (running).

Jogging is certainly no problem in terms of rear storage space. Handgrip sticks out quite far back, height easily adjustable. For proper jogging, the single wheel would certainly have to be mounted at the front, not included in the scope of delivery.

I think this is due to the supplier, the dark green one is sold by galaxus itself and the light green one by velozürich. Velozürich probably just wants more money for what is actually (apart from the colour) the same product. Thule offers the current model of the Cab 2 in these two colours at the moment.

The trolley has room for a 5-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child. In addition, the baby seat is very well suited even for a 2 month old infant. However, it is not advisable to ride the trolley attached to the bike with a baby under 10 months inside the Thule (even with the baby seat).
