Is it possible to seat a 5 month old baby in the baby seat as well as a 2 year old child?

The trolley has room for a 5-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child. In addition, the baby seat is very well suited even for a 2 month old infant. However, it is not advisable to ride the trolley attached to the bike with a baby under 10 months inside the Thule (even with the baby seat).
