Yes, everything is included. It is important to check whether the bicycle already has a quick-release coupling. But this is also supplied. 
By the way. The assembly and installation upon receipt does not take longer than 30 min. Absolutely recommendable product.

Everything is included if your bike has a quick release. In the case of a thru axle (mostly on e-Biles and MtBs) you would have to buy this as well.
