Can the connection of the heart rate monitor (Polar H9) be improved somehow? I have the problem that the heart rate in the heart rate programme randomly jumps back and forth between 80-130, although it should be 160+ according to the Garmin watch.

I can't help. I use the Polar Verity Sense wristband heart rate monitor. This cannot be connected to the Pro Force. So I can't use the heart rate programme.

Yes... If you want to row using the computer's programmes and want to know your pulse, calories and metres, which are displayed, then yes. But you can also row without the display. However, it is then not possible to set a level of difficulty.
