Can the connection of the heart rate monitor (Polar H9) be improved somehow? I have the problem that the heart rate in the heart rate programme randomly jumps back and forth between 80-130, although it should be 160+ according to the Garmin watch.

I can't help. I use the Polar Verity Sense wristband heart rate monitor. This cannot be connected to the Pro Force. So I can't use the heart rate programme.
