Belay and Rappel Device

A versatile, lightweight belay and rappel device designed for use with one or two rope strands, suitable for belaying the second climber from the anchor point. The ultra-lightweight, multifunctional REVERSO belay and rappel device is intended for sport climbing, multi-pitch climbing, and mountaineering. It is used for securing a climber as well as for rappelling and features a Reverso mode for belaying one or two second climbers. The special design of the rope guide facilitates smooth rope flow through the device while protecting it from wear. It is compatible with most rope diameters: single ropes from 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half ropes from 7.1 to 9.2 mm, and twin ropes from 6.9 to 9.2 mm.

User-Friendliness:

• Hand grips like all belay devices: the rope is fed into the device, and one hand is always on the brake rope.
• Smooth rope flow through the device.
• Control of brake friction through the V-shaped, notched brake grooves.
• The installation on the rope is illustrated on the belay device (on both the inside and outside).
