Our brand-new Speed Hook locks in the tension at the lower part as soon as you have it set exactly where you want it. In the Kita Hybrid, we have utilized our Internal Heel Lock technology for ultimate heel hold. A twist of the side BOA pulls the internal harness together in three dimensions – inside, outside, and from above, lowering both sides of the tongue and preventing the heel from lifting. The modern design is inspired by space, polar, and mountain expeditions. Most components are welded to the upper rather than stitched, giving the boot a unique seamless construction that elevates waterproofing and durability to a new level. We have added a durable TPU shell at the front, called ArmorTech, to protect your toes. Beneath that, we have used our Vibram Approach sole to enhance grip on cold and icy surfaces, with two EVA inserts for cushioning. The entire outsole is then seamlessly connected to the Exo Spine, eliminating exposed edges at the back. With a heat-moldable high-end Asym Gold Wrap-style liner inside, comfort and support are guaranteed from the very first moment, and the flex is truly consistent for superlative performance.
