Do you want to train your leg muscles and swim faster? The long swim fins provide excellent propulsion. They are ideal for wide movements and a lower frequency.

Don't start too quickly! The use of swim fins should be gradually increased to effectively train the leg and foot muscles and avoid pain in the Achilles tendon area. Closed foot pocket: Fins with a closed foot pocket ensure a good grip of the foot, even during powerful fin strokes.

Open foot pockets offer more freedom of movement in the ankle area. The closed foot pocket supports the foot in its natural position. Semi-stiff fins: The stiffer the fin blade, the greater the muscle effort; the more flexible the fin blade, the more effective and comprehensive the movement. The stiffness determines the strengthening effect (cardiovascular training or muscle building).

A short fin blade guarantees a good stroke frequency and effective cardio training. The movements are very similar to the natural movements of the swimmer. A long fin blade allows for stronger foot movements and more intense muscle training.

Fins are suitable for training the lower body. You train the cardiovascular system while simultaneously strengthening the muscles of the lower body (thighs, glutes, and calves).
