The clever adjustment mechanism allows you to switch between 10 weight levels in no time. The dumbbell can be adjusted from 4.5 kg to a maximum of 24.9 kg. The weight of the MX55 dumbbells can be set in 10 increments:

Level 2: 6.8 kg
Level 3: 9.1 kg
Level 4: 11.3 kg
Level 5: 13.6 kg
Level 6: 15.9 kg
Level 7: 18.1 kg
Level 8: 20.4 kg
