The MX Select adjustable dumbbell MX30 features a unique, patented mechanism for quickly and easily adjusting the weight. The adjustable dumbbell MX30 has a weight range of 3.4 to 13.9 kg. Simply select your desired training weight (3.4 kg - 13.9 kg) by turning the adjustment knob. The chosen weight level is locked in place once the selector switch is pressed down. The weight of the MX30 can be set in 10 increments:
Level 1: 3.4 kg
Level 2: 4.5 kg
Level 3: 5.7 kg
Level 4: 6.8 kg
Level 5: 7.9 kg
Level 6: 9.1 kg
Level 7: 10.2 kg
Level 8: 11.3 kg
Level 9: 12.5 kg
Level 10: 13.9 kg. The antimicrobial MX Select grip protects the surface from bacteria, mold, and other microbes. Delivery includes: 1 dumbbell and base.
