The GOP 220 cm HMS is an Olympic straight bar designed for spring collars. The grip is carefully shaped to ensure a secure and comfortable hold. Two spring collars are included in the package. This type of collar guarantees a stable position of the barbell load during training. The equipment is ideal for strengthening the upper body, bench training, and lifting. The straight Olympic bar is suitable for weight exercises with a 51 mm hole. Training safety is ensured by special sleeves. The bar's diameter of 30 millimeters provides high durability and comfort during workouts. The chrome plating of the bar guarantees its appearance for a very long service life and offers the best protection against rust.
