In addition to a central grip hole (90 mm x 25 mm) that accommodates the whole hand, there are a total of 14 labeled grip pockets in various sizes, providing versatile training options for 1 to 4 fingers. The hole sizes include: 2x 85 mm x 18 mm x 25 mm, 2x 85 mm x 20 mm x 25 mm, 2x 95 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm, 2x 85 mm x 25 mm 30° x 25 mm, 2x 45 mm x 30 mm x 25 mm, 2x 95 mm x 45 mm x 25 mm, and 2x 45 mm x 50 mm x 25 mm. Two included inserts reduce the depth by 10 mm each and are suitable for the four grip pockets with 25 mm and 45 mm depth. This allows you to gradually adjust your training to your level and provides even more variation for your individual training program. Additionally, the fingerboard features three ergonomically shaped grip surfaces on the top: two 35° surfaces measuring 100 mm x 60 mm each, and one 20° surface measuring 165 mm x 55 mm.
