With this 2-piece set of pentagon-shaped hangboards, you can easily take your training equipment wherever you are. The fingerboard is made of sturdy maple wood and offers you eight different grip options in a compact space. As versatile climbing gear, it is suitable for targeted warm-ups as well as intense finger training for climbing and bouldering. At the same time, training on the hangboard helps you build arm, forearm, and back muscles, and strengthens tendons and ligaments sustainably. Thanks to the free suspension with the two attachment ropes (1m length, Ø 6cm) and two carabiners, you can set up the set anywhere – whether on a railing, climbing frame, or pull-up bar. By simply rotating the boards within the suspension, you utilize the 360° system and effortlessly switch between the various grip options. You have four grip depths available (back: 10mm, front: 15mm, 20mm, 25mm), three differently sized through holes, and the central grip hole in the middle of the hangboard. This allows you to specifically train a variety of grip types and load levels – tailored to your skill level and training goals. This makes the set suitable for both beginners and advanced climbers. The portable hangboard is also suitable for static finger training, such as holding weights, providing additional stimuli for grip strength and arm muscles. The natural wood surface feels pleasant in the hand without unnecessarily irritating the skin. With an edge length of 14cm and dimensions of 22cm x 21.5cm x 3cm, the handy boards fit into any sports bag. This way, you always have your training equipment with you – whether in the park, while traveling, or for additional sessions away from the climbing gym.
