The seat and lying surface divided into three zones offers potential for many exercises. The functional fitness bench offers the possibilities to the weight bench, flat bench and incline bench and is 4-stage adjustable. The posed backrest is adjustable in steps by the unique wooden fitting. The adjustments efolgen via the self-made solid wood fitting. The weight bench is equipped with wooden dumbbells from 1- 10 kg and for your resistance training. The hand-turned ergonomic wooden handle gives the right grip and is treated to repel sweat. The fitness bench can also be used in the living room and can be used as a classic seat and beautiful furniture as well.
