Training with the Gymstick pull-up bar is efficient and safe. Pull-ups are among the most popular forms of exercise, as they effectively and versatilely develop all upper body muscles. The pull-up bar is attached to a door frame with a sufficiently sturdy wooden frame. The included mounting brackets ensure that the bar stays in place. The padded grips on the bar enhance comfort during workouts.

Included in the package: pull-up bar (adjustable length 66-91 cm), brackets, and screws. Maximum user weight: 130 kg. The maximum allowable width of the door frame where the bar can be installed is 91 cm.
