The Gymstick Door Gym Pull-Up Bar is a durable pull-up bar that can be installed in a door frame and features soft grips for a secure hold. Pull-ups effectively develop the muscles of the back and the entire upper body. In addition to pull-ups, the bar can also be easily used for hanging leg raises and stretches for the back and shoulders. The included metal brackets, which are attached to the door frame, ensure that the bar stays in place. Thanks to the quick-release mechanism on the brackets, you can easily remove the pull-up bar from the door when not in use. Note: Do not use in door openings wider than 91 cm.
