The Gymstick dumbbell can be adjusted between 2-15 kg. The ends of the weights have screw locks, making it easy and quick to change weights. These weights are also suitable for home use, as they are covered with a floor-friendly vinyl coating. Thanks to the surface, they make less noise and reduce marks on the floor.
