This comprehensive complete set offers everything you need for a good workout: numerous, differently sized weight plates with a practical grip and floor-protecting plastic coating and a total weight of 75 kg and three types of bars for a wide variety of exercises - even more so if your home gym has a weight bench and an adjustable barbell stand. But even without additional equipment, you can train virtually all muscle groups - from shoulders, arms, chest and back to abs and legs - precisely and effectively.
