With the Single-handed Triceps Rope you train your triceps through targeted isolation exercises on the cable pull tower. Your wrists can move naturally and you strengthen a different area of the triceps depending on the grip technique and exercise execution. While the underhand grip focuses on the medial head, bringing the upper arms back will increase the demand on the long head of the triceps. When training with the Single-handed Triceps Rope you load the muscles of both arms in sequence to 100%. The result are balanced trained upper arms. To get the most out of the exercise, make sure you stand close enough to the pulley tower so the rope is vertical. Keep your arms slightly bent, as you would put a lot of strain on your elbows if you stretched through. Resist the temptation to swing with your upper body and perform the exercise in a controlled manner, making sure your upper arms and elbows remain in position.
