Thanks to the knurled grip, the dumbbell bars sit securely in your hand, and the star locks keep the plates firmly in place. With a total weight of 30 kg, you have a wide range for progressive strength training. The maximum weight is 22.5 kg with one dumbbell or 15 kg with each of the two dumbbells.
