The dumbbell set cast iron 30 kg contains everything you need for an effective workout with dumbbells: 2 solid dumbbell bars and 12 weight plates with durable powder coating. Thanks to the ribbed grip surface, the dumbbells fit securely in your hand and the star locks keep the plates firmly in place. With a total weight of 30 kg, you have a wide range for progressive strength training. The maximum weight is 22.5 kg with one dumbbell or 15 kg each with two dumbbells.
