The Gorilla Sports Aerobic Barbell Set made of rubber and plastic weighs 20 kilograms. It includes two weight plates of 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg each, a barbell rod that is 130 cm long, and two spring collars for securely attaching the weights. The barbell rod weighs 2.5 kg due to its hollow core. Its robust plastic coating protects the floor.
