Compact, stable tent for hikers who value the lightest possible backpack. For minimal weight, the tent height is slightly lower and the vestibule is deliberately kept compact. Ideally suited as a compact, lightweight hiking tent in the warm months of the year, but can also be used in the winter, provided there are no overly extreme weather conditions. The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high performance TripleRip nylon. This innovative construction consists of two different fabric thicknesses 20 denier on top and 40 denier on the more heavily used tent floor to combine high robustness with the lowest possible weight at the same time. To prevent the inner tent from getting wet during pitching, the inner and outer tents can be pitched in tandem. Easy handling thanks to two color-coded tent poles, generously sized, low-friction pole channels and easily adjustable pole holders. In critical weather conditions, the tent can additionally be pitched with a second set of poles (accessories). Six guy lines made of Dyneema with one-hand operation and incorporated reflector thread. Excellent ventilation thanks to large, high-positioned vents. For good views and maximum air circulation, the fly is rolled up at both ends in warm weather. In warm but changeable weather, the door can be fixed half open an auto-stop function prevents the wind from pushing the zipper open. Fine mesh on all openings prevents even the tiniest insects from entering. Clothesline and mesh pockets in the inner tent make it easy to dry gear and keep things tidy and organized. Attachment points for Gear Loft hanging storage (accessory) in the inner tent. Just like all other tents from Fjällräven, the Abisko Lite 3 is made entirely without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is fluorocarbon free.
