Compact, stable tent for hikers who prioritize a lightweight backpack. To achieve minimal weight, the tent height is slightly lower, and the vestibule is intentionally kept compact. Ideal as a compact, lightweight hiking tent for the warm months of the year, it can also be used in winter, provided that extreme weather conditions are avoided. The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high-performance TripleRip nylon. This innovative construction consists of two different fabric strengths: 20 Denier on top and 40 Denier on the more heavily used tent floor, combining high durability with minimal weight. To prevent the inner tent from getting wet during setup, the inner and outer tents can be pitched together. Easy handling is ensured by two color-coded tent poles, generously sized, low-friction pole channels, and easily adjustable pole holders. In critical weather conditions, the tent can be additionally set up with a second pole set (accessory). Six Dyneema guy lines with one-handed operation and integrated reflective yarn. Excellent ventilation thanks to large, high-placed vents. For a good view and maximum air circulation, the outer tent can be rolled up at both ends in warm weather conditions. In warm but changeable weather, the door can be partially opened and secured – an auto-stop feature prevents the wind from forcing the zipper open. Fine mesh at all openings prevents even the smallest insects from entering. A clothesline and mesh pockets in the inner tent facilitate drying gear and ensure order and visibility. Attachment points for the Gear Loft hanging storage (accessory) in the inner tent. Like all other tents from Fjällräven, the Abisko Lite 3 is made without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is fluorocarbon-free.
