Weight Chains – Progressive Additional Weight for Barbell Training

The weight chains allow for progressive strength training with variable load distribution. During the upward movement, more and more chain links gradually lift off the ground, continuously increasing the training weight. This supports a uniform development of strength throughout the entire movement, especially in exercises like bench presses, squats, or deadlifts.

Made from galvanized steel, the chains are equipped with a locking ring with a swivel knob for attachment to barbell bars with a diameter of 50 mm. In addition to use with the barbell, they are also suitable for adding extra weight during dips or jump exercises. The weight chains are available in variants of 6 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg.
