Additionally, they have a 3.5 mm thin, two-part sole construction that makes the shoe relatively soft and flexible. This makes them particularly well-suited for steep overhangs like training boards or for friction standing, as required by many modern boulder problems. The moderate camber facilitates heel hooking, further enhancing the shoes' performance on overhangs.
