Softshell helmets consist of a very thin outer shell made of polycarbonate, which is firmly bonded to an impact-absorbing EPS core (expanded polystyrene). Energy absorption occurs through deformation of the EPS core. The polycarbonate shell protects the EPS core from damage and distributes the impact force across the entire helmet shell. Softshell helmets are particularly lightweight, although less stable than other helmet types.

The innovative Wing Fit system features a rotary knob at the back of the head. By turning the adjustment wheel, the headband can be quickly adapted to the shape of the head. For transport, the system can be folded into the helmet.

The fully adjustable chin strap with side-mounted buckles ensures optimal hold and increased wearing comfort.

The helmet is equipped with four robust headlamp clips for attaching headlamps of all kinds.
