Product details

High abrasion resistance, low elongation, and balanced handling have been optimally coordinated in the Edelrid Performance Static. The high-quality core sheath construction impresses with its excellent price-performance ratio.

Edelrid has been using Thermo Shield for over 20 years. This is a thermal refinement process that ensures uniform and permanent shrinkage of the core and sheath yarns. This guarantees consistent behavior among the individual yarns. The result is the well-known suppleness of Edelrid ropes.

As the world's first rope manufacturer, Edelrid has achieved compliance with the strict bluesign standard for their ropes. This standard ensures that the highest environmental and safety standards are maintained throughout the production of their ropes—from the individual polyamide fiber to the impregnation.
