Palau has launched a new type of fin for snorkeling and swimming. The development focused on two specific needs. Firstly, a foot pocket that accommodates at least three to four adjacent shoe sizes, allowing the same fin to be used by multiple family members or friends. Additionally, it aims to simplify the process of borrowing fins at a diving center or on a charter boat, to avoid the need for many different sizes.

Another goal was to enhance wearing comfort and facilitate quick on and off, even though it is a heel strap fin designed to be worn with bare feet. The result is an exceptionally practical fin that adapts to virtually any foot and can be quickly donned at any time.

The fin blade is made from a lightweight yet highly dynamic material that ensures a fluid and fatigue-free kicking motion while providing satisfactory propulsion. The strap features a sturdy ring at the top, allowing it to be folded over or secured to the body or equipment.
