This is made possible by a special adjustment mechanism - by turning the adjustment dial, you can quickly select your desired weight. Depending on the weight you choose, the system accommodates different weight plates. This allows you to gradually and continuously increase your strength. Your advantage: You no longer need different dumbbells - all weight levels from 2.3-23.8 kg or 4-41 kg are contained in just one dumbbell. Another advantage is the space-saving storage. Additionally, the thermoplastic coating of the weight plates ensures that you can lift and lower your dumbbell quietly. After your workout, place the dumbbell on the included base and set the adjustment dials between two weight levels. The dumbbell sits securely on the base and is ready for transport.
